    This site is designed to expedite the repairs of your Citizen watch. Please complete the Service Request Form --( Found In the Upper Tabs ) Print 2 copies (save 1 for your records) --- Send one copy with your watch. We would like to advise you to use something other than the display box when mailing - ( all packing materials are discarded ). Include your Warranty Information and a brief description of the necessary repair.

-- RESTORING THE WATER RESISTANCE & BROKEN {OUTER}-CASE PARTS THAT CAUSE    DAMAGE TO THE MOVEMENT. THESE COMMON REPAIRS ARE NOT COVERED BY  THE MANUFACTURES PURCHASE WARRANTY.

Shop Procedures
 
     All watches are subjected to an estimate process, which is done everyday of the week..  The average processing time is Five to Seven Days from when you mail your watch to us. Check your email & spam boxes daily for a message on your watch repair.
     The repair completion time is two to four weeks from the login date. If you receive an emailed estimate – Please reply to that Estimate & follow the instructions. Send a check or money order  along with a copy of the estimate to the address below. Or use the online payment  button found in our site menu.

 SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
 
         ------      Do not send your gift box -all packing materials are discarded
         ------      Roll up your Watch & Service Request Form inside some newspaper and fold the  ends closed.
         ------       Be sure to tape up the paper before placing it inside a Bubble Pak Mailer.
         ------       Please be sure your return shipping information is legible.
         ------       Insure the package for the value of the contents.
